Life of a Saint is a made-to-order brand. Every piece is produced after your order is placed. Please allow 4 to 8 weeks from your purchase date for production, packaging, and delivery. This is not a delay. This is how every release stays limited and every piece stays worth having.

How Our Drops Work

When you purchase from a Life of a Saint drop, your order enters production immediately. We do not hold pre-made inventory. Each piece is built for you after purchase. This keeps our quality consistent and our quantities permanently limited.

Because of the made-to-order process, timelines are longer than standard retail. We state this upfront so you know exactly what to expect before you buy.

Shipping Timeline

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days after that.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 states via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Carrier selection depends on your location and order size. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import fees charged by your country. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in your order total. International delivery may extend beyond the 4 to 8 week window due to customs processing.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Production begins immediately after purchase. We cannot accept cancellations or modifications more than 24 hours after an order is placed. To request a change within that window, contact us right away via @saintseed on Instagram.

After 24 hours, all sales are final. We are not able to cancel, refund, or modify orders once production has begun. This protects the integrity of each drop and ensures every piece finds its intended owner.

Returns and Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing preference, or personal taste. We strongly recommend reviewing the size guide before purchasing.

We will replace or refund any item with a verified manufacturing defect or confirmed transit damage. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via @saintseed with your order number and clear photos of the defect.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order is with the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or events outside our control. If tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days after your shipping confirmation, contact us and we will open an investigation.

We are not liable for packages marked as delivered but reported missing. Check with neighbors, your building's mail area, and your local post office before contacting us.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot redirect orders in transit. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
